Please notify us in writing via e-mail (kathy@classycrops.com)
or via standard mail with CANCELLATION clearly noted in the subject
line. In the text of the message or letter, be sure to include your
name, address, phone number, email address and the last four digits
of the credit card used to make payment. This is the credit card to
which we will issue any refund.
Cancellation requests submitted via standard (US Postal Service)

Refund schedule:
- Cancellations requested at least 60 days prior to the event
receive a full refund of fees paid, minus a $15.00 processing
fee
- Cancellations requested between 30 and 60 days prior to the
event receive a refund of fees paid, minus the $75.00
registration deposit.
- Cancellations requested less than 30 days prior to the event
receive no refund, as a result of our contracted commitment to
the conference facility.

There will be no refunds for no-shows, as we have already
contracted with the event facilities with guaranteed numbers of
attendees. |

Classy Crops reserves the right to cancel any event. In the
event of any such cancellation, registrants will be notified via
e-mail and all paid fees will be refunded. |

Any returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
Refunds on Classy Crops Events can only be given if your spot is
sold to someone else. Otherwise, there are no refunds
available. |
